Speaker Submission Form

Thank you for your interest in speaking at the AI in Psychology Summit.

The deadline for submission of your expression of interest to speak at the 5th October summit is 24th April 2026 midnight.

We are still open to expressions of interest to speak at future summits and will review each application received.

We will contact you if you have been selected to speak at a future event.

This summit explores the application of AI across psychology and related fields. We welcome speakers from all professional backgrounds — including clinicians, researchers, technologists, and educators. Selected speakers will deliver a 50-minute session. Talks should be relevant, practical, and suitable for professional audiences.

No fields are strictly required — fill in as much as you can and you can always provide additional details later.

Section 1 — Speaker Details

e.g. Clinical Psychologist, Psychiatrist, Data Scientist, Software Engineer, Researcher

e.g. HCPC, BPS, GMC, or N/A if not applicable

Section 2 — Professional Background

We recommend 100–200 words for use on the event website

e.g. clinical AI tools, governance, ethics, digital mental health, research

Section 3 — Presentation Proposal

We recommend 150–250 words describing the focus of your talk

e.g. lecture with demonstration, case discussion, tool demonstration, guided discussion

Section 4 — Practical Takeaways

This helps us ensure sessions provide clear practical value for attendees from a range of professional backgrounds.

Section 5 — Presentation Materials

If you have existing slides or sample materials from a similar talk, you are welcome to share them. This is entirely optional and helps us understand your presentation style.

Section 8 — Recording and Content Permissions

The summit will be recorded. Recordings will be available to attendees after the event, offered for sale as on-demand learning, and potentially included in future AI in Psychology learning libraries hosted on platforms such as Voomly. Please confirm:

Recommended Setup for Speakers

For the best experience, we recommend using a headset or external microphone with a webcam, and connecting directly to your router via ethernet cable where possible. If that is not an option, please ensure you have a strong Wi-Fi connection and consider having a mobile hotspot available as a backup. Presenting from a laptop or desktop (rather than a tablet or phone) will give you the most reliable experience.
