2. These Terms
2.1. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to your purchase of a ticket for the AI Psychology Summit and your attendance at the Event.
2.2. By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Notice, our Refund and Cancellation Policy, our Recording Policy, and our Code of Conduct, all of which are available on this page.
2.3. We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to your booking.
3. Tickets and Booking
3.1. Tickets are available for purchase via our website at aipsychology.co.uk. All ticket purchases are subject to availability.
3.2. A booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email from us following successful payment. This email constitutes your receipt.
3.3. All prices displayed on the website are inclusive of any applicable taxes. No additional fees or charges will be applied beyond the displayed price.
3.4. Tickets are for the named individual only and are non-transferable unless agreed in writing by the Organisers. If you wish to transfer your ticket to another person, please contact us at info@aipsychology.co.uk.
3.5. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion, including where we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
3.6. Discount codes are subject to their own terms (e.g. expiry dates, usage limits) and cannot be applied retrospectively or combined with other offers unless expressly stated.
4. Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
4.1. As a consumer purchasing online, you have the right to cancel your booking within 14 days of the date of purchase ("Cooling-Off Period") under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
4.2. To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. an email to info@aipsychology.co.uk) before the Cooling-Off Period expires. You may use the model cancellation form at the end of these Terms, but it is not obligatory.
4.3. If you cancel within the Cooling-Off Period, we will reimburse you in full using the same payment method used for the original purchase, within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice.
4.4. Important: If the Event takes place within the 14-day Cooling-Off Period and you attend the Event, you acknowledge that the service has been fully performed and that you lose your right to cancel from the point at which the Event begins.
4.5. Your statutory cancellation rights are in addition to our Refund and Cancellation Policy (Section 5). Where our policy is more generous than your statutory rights, our policy takes precedence.
5. Refund and Cancellation Policy
5.1. Outside of the statutory Cooling-Off Period described in Section 4, the following refund policy applies:
- More than 7 days before the Event: Full refund
- Between 7 days and 48 hours before the Event: 50% refund
- Less than 48 hours before the Event: No refund (access to session recordings will be provided via the attendee portal)
5.2. All refund requests must be made in writing by emailing info@aipsychology.co.uk. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the request being approved, to the original payment method.
5.3. If the Event is cancelled by us, you will receive a full refund regardless of when the cancellation occurs.
5.4. If the Event is postponed to a new date, your ticket will be valid for the rescheduled date. If you are unable to attend the new date, you may request a full refund within 14 days of being notified of the new date.
5.5. We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the Event programme, including changes to speakers, session topics, or timings, without this constituting grounds for a refund, provided the Event remains substantially as described.
