Confirmations, receipts, joining instructions, missing access emails: log into the attendee portal first (self-serve for receipts and ticket transfers), or email us.
Refunds & transfers
Free colleague-to-colleague transfers up to 48 hours before the event are self-serve in your portal. Refund requests go via email; see our refund policy for the schedule.

Live captions, screen-reader compatibility, alternative formats: email us at least 5 working days before the event and we’ll make arrangements.
Everything else
Media, sponsorship, speaking, group discounts, invoices with your organisation on them — send us a note.
