What platform is the summit on?
The summit runs live online via Zoom Webinar. You'll receive a personal join link by email before the day. No travel; attend from anywhere with an internet connection.
Will sessions be recorded? What if I miss one?
Yes, every session is recorded. All ticket holders get on-demand access for 7 days after the event, so you can catch up on anything you miss. You can add 90-day access at checkout (£50, or £35 on the Student ticket).
Do I get a CPD certificate?
Yes. A 6-hour CPD certificate is included with every ticket and issued to every attendee after the event — there's no minimum attendance requirement and we don't monitor attendance. You'll be able to download it from the attendee portal.
Are live captions available?
Yes, on request. Email info@aipsychology.co.uk at least 5 working days before the event and we'll enable live captions for the day.
What's your refund and transfer policy?
Cancel more than 30 days before the event for a refund of the ticket price less a 25% administration charge. Within 30 days the ticket is non-refundable, but you can transfer it to a colleague free of charge yourself from the attendee portal (My Ticket → Transfer ticket) up to 48 hours before the event.
