Accessibility Statement

Last updated: 28 April 2026

Our Commitment

The AI Psychology Summit is committed to ensuring that our event and website are accessible to as many people as possible, including those with disabilities. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA for our website, and to provide reasonable adjustments for the live event under the Equality Act 2010. We have not yet commissioned an independent accessibility audit, so we cannot at this stage claim full conformance.

Website Accessibility

Our website (aipsychology.co.uk) has been built with accessibility in mind:

  • Semantic HTML structure with appropriate heading hierarchy
  • Sufficient colour contrast ratios that aim to meet WCAG 2.2 AA standards
  • Keyboard-navigable interface
  • Mobile-responsive design that works across devices and screen sizes
  • Clear, readable typography
  • Form labels and error messages associated with input fields
  • Alt text provided for images

Known Limitations

We are not currently aware of any specific accessibility issues on the website. If you encounter one, please let us know using the contact details below and we will work to address it.

Event Accessibility

The AI Psychology Summit is an online event, which provides inherent accessibility benefits including:

  • No travel required
  • Attend from any location with an internet connection
  • Compatible with assistive technologies used on your own device

What We Provide

  • Recordings: All sessions are recorded and available for 90 days from the actual delivered Event date via the attendee portal, allowing you to revisit content at your own pace
  • Chat participation: You can participate fully via the text chat without needing to use audio or video
  • Cameras and microphones off by default: You are not required to be on camera or use a microphone at any point

Captions

Live captions are not enabled by default. If you require captions, please contact us at info@aipsychology.co.uk at least 5 working days before the Event and we will enable Zoho Webinar's automated live captioning. Automated captions are AI-generated and may contain errors, particularly with technical terminology and accented speech. Recordings can be paused and re-watched, which may help if any session content is unclear on first viewing.

What We Can Arrange

If you have specific accessibility requirements, we will do our best to accommodate them. Examples of adjustments we may be able to provide include:

  • Advance copies of presentation slides or materials
  • Specific captioning requirements beyond the default provision
  • Alternative formats for written materials
  • Adjustments to how you interact with the webinar platform

Please contact us as early as possible before the Event so we have time to make arrangements.

Feedback

We welcome feedback on the accessibility of our website and event. If you experience any barriers or have suggestions for improvement, please contact us:

Email: info@aipsychology.co.uk

We will respond to accessibility feedback within 5 working days.

Relevant Legislation

While the AI Psychology Summit is not subject to the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) (No. 2) Accessibility Regulations 2018, we recognise our obligations under the Equality Act 2010 to make reasonable adjustments to ensure our services are accessible to disabled people.

Contact

For accessibility queries or to request adjustments: info@aipsychology.co.uk

Please contact us as early as possible, and ideally at least 14 days before the Event, so we have time to arrange adjustments. For automated captioning specifically, 5 working days is sufficient.
