Her career has focused on building strong, trusting relationships and leading projects that improve access to services and create meaningful positive change across diverse communities.

Originally trained as a midwife, and later specialising in clinical governance, management, and HR, Jo developed a strong ability to provide clear, compassionate support in sensitive and emotionally complex situations. This foundation shapes her professional approach today.

Throughout her career, Jo has continually adapted to change across evolving professional environments. Staying informed about current research, emerging approaches, and new technologies has been an important part of maintaining relevant, effective, and forward-thinking practice.

As an autistic professional, Jo brings lived experience and insight into the importance of personalised support. She is committed to listening deeply, understanding individual needs, and developing tailored strategies that help clients achieve their goals with confidence and authenticity.

Holding a MEd in Adult Autism, Jo works as a coach and consultant, bringing together her professional expertise, experience, and passion for championing and empowering others.
