About
Dr Natalie Stott is a UK-based Clinical Psychologist and founder of the Mastering Therapy brand, where she creates CPD-focused content for psychologists, counsellors and psychotherapists. She hosts the Mastering Therapy podcast and regularly discusses the practical, ethical and clinical implications of using AI in therapeutic work.
Natalie is particularly interested in how AI can support clinicians with supervision, documentation, clinical thinking and reflective practice, while keeping human judgement at the centre of good therapy. Alongside her clinical work, she has built a supervision platform and recently worked as an affiliate with Heidi Health.
She is passionate about helping therapists use AI confidently and thoughtfully, not as a replacement for clinical skill, but as a tool to reduce admin burden, sharpen practice and create more space for meaningful client work.

AI in Daily Clinical Practice: Beyond Note-Taking
AI in therapy is often reduced to note-taking, but its potential is much broader. This session looks at how therapists can use AI to support clinical reflection, audit their own work, make sense of routine outcome measures and streamline day-to-day practice. It is pitched for both ends of the room: those already fluent with these tools, and those thinking about them properly for the first time. Natalie offers practical, clinically grounded ways to use AI without outsourcing professional judgement. Clear steps you can start using the same day, in a way that supports clinicians and clients alike.
