About
Winnie Akadjo is the founder of Aeli Health, a clinical workflow that makes a client's between-session use visible, interpretable, and actionable for their behavioural therapist, allowing them to identify and target where mood worsens, engagement drops, and dropout begins.
She combines a decade of experience in high-growth start-ups, such as Zipcar, Groupon, TikTok, FARFETCH and Founders Factory, with a bachelor's degree in Journalism and an incoming MSc in Psychology. As a member of the British Psychological Society, Winnie has designed a CPD that delivers practical tools on the use of AI in clinical settings for behavioural therapists, grounded in WHO, NICE, BPS and BACP guidance.
Winnie has lived experience of the gaps in mental health care. Having navigated the mental health system first-hand, she understands the gaps of continuity, support, and accessibility between therapy sessions, which AI can help solve. She builds at the intersection of AI, ethics and human connection, and is a faith-driven founder with lived experience of resilience.
